They look like this on the website and the app, and it's really annoying having it show up one word at a time, with some words being delayed until the next sentence. I hope they change it back to the old subtitles or at least let you customize them, because it genuinely makes me not want to watch anything on Shudder.
Edit: I jumped to conclusions a bit and assumed it was like this with every movie, but it's actually only like this with some movies and then it's normal with others. I'm just confused now.
