Any tips on form? I feel like I have a hard time keeping my torso up, which makes me lose a lot of tension in my quads. Anyway, here is a PR. Any tips on how to correct my form? This is high bar, and it is 3 weeks after a right knee injury that made it impossible to run or walk. And yes, I have, in fact, just bought myself a pair of knee sleeves.

Any tips on how to increase my deadlift? I have recently started adding it to my training and want thoughts on how to implement it into a 2x-a-week leg split.
