Firstly Can't vote for a map, almost like the ui doesn't load all the way or something

Secondly I'm trying to unlock that new red dot from the armory but it drags me out into the lobby screen as soon as I reach the attachment and can't even select it (it allows me to select every other attachment besides the red dot, in the armory)
