My package has been stuck on the same facility for over a week, it's been delayed and I haven't even gotten a new delivery date. Should I open a claim or be more patient? It's a $400 monitor so getting anxious lol. The store page says the item is out of stock, but I already bought mine before that and it's even supposedly already been shipped to the facility in my town, so I don't think it should matter right?
