Just picked up a 2012 Honda Accord (146k miles) — ran perfect at startup and during a 15-minute test drive. No noises, no issues.

On my hour drive home, right near the end, I started hearing a loud rattling/knocking noise. It only happens at low RPMs while in drive. I already know it needs motor mounts.

Do you think this could just be something loose/rattling from bad mounts, or is this something more serious I should be worried about?
