After a Nightcrawler, a Dubia roach and enclosure cleaning, my old boy salutes you 🐸😍

I posted recently my worries about his difficulties to wake up from his brumation (9 months).
He seemed to very weak and seek.
I put it some days in a care box with clean absorbant paper, 28 degrees.
Seems better now because today, he ate his first locust. First meal since August 2025 😅

He is 11 years old (Green Ornate male).
Hope to push it to 12 years, 13 years…why not more ?.
He seems to have won « genetics lottery » !

My Ornate male is 11 years old.
He always had very long brumations duration.
He was burried since August 2025 and I try now to wake him.

BUT, it seems there is a problem.

First, when I put him in a bath one week ago, he made a poop….this means he kept this poop in his intestines during 9 months…

He has several behaviors he Never had since I care it :
- Eyes closed
- No appetite at all : no predation reflex
- his right side is bloated and when I touch it, I can feel like a bull inside (Impaction ? Other ?).

I decided to transfer him in a fauna box , 26 degrees, with clean wet absorbant.

Any advice before going to the vet ?

Currently still burried since August 2025.
I try to wake him up by sprayint a lot of water and Heat, no success until now, but I eared him croaking 2 days ago during night.
Hope he Will get out if substrats healthy in the next days.
