Looking for cover-up specialist in the DC, Maryland, Virginia area
I have this super ironic terrible tattoo that I want covered up. It has become a pretty funny bit, but as I get older it is more and more embarrassing. Have a laugh at it cause I would too, however, recommendations and upvotes to help me get the right help is much appreciated. Thank you all in advance for your help!
