GDC is basically out of cash. They do have 7,500 bitcoin, call it $500 Million. "IF" they can sell their crypto at current levels and, "IF" they could repurchase all outstanding shares of stock ($9 to $10 Million), they could take the company private and still have hundreds of millions working capital. The "IF" are the issue as the stock price would move on the crypto sale.

ALSO, who would purchase the ATM stock? why would anyone do that?
