After years of basically only silence, it came completely out of the blue. As in, she pretty much suddenly said "I know this doctor who does gender affirming care. Would you be interested in that?"

I suppose I just feel so relieved right now — well, and anxious, because resources on trans care in my country are scarse and I have to trust the process (plus, I'm not sure if I'll go ahead with anything mesical right away, as I tend to doubt and overanalyse my own feelings too much), but mostly I'm happy.
