Fireworks Shield Question
I know that the elemental resistance on the shield is what shoots the fireworks on kill but do shields with no resistance count as kinetic damage? Thinking about that with Cash.

Enhancement Bonus stats
Does anyone else find it extremely useless to have bonus rolls like SMG equip speed, pistol equip speed, etc? Also, SMG ADS proficiency, pistols proficiency, etc?
That's 10 extra pointless rolls that 99% of people don't want.
It reminds me of BL3 with the annointments that got removed like damage while in the air or damage while sliding.
I would love to get them removed to make it easier to farm enhancements.
