Which looks better?

I am building an outdoor kitchen. The front and side facade will be this white slate ledger stone. For the backside between the pillar, should I continue with the stone or use the leftover brick to match the house?

The IRS distributes IRS Letter 226J to employers whenever a benefits eligible employee receives a subsidy from Healthcare.gov. Have you ever received those letters and who handles those for you? Is it time consuming?

[TX] issues monitoring hours worked and IRS Letter 226J?

Does your organization have a hard time monitoring employee hours for benefits offering?

Ours is a medium size company with lots of employees who are variable hour.

We always get an IRS letter 226J with employees that received subsidies from Healthcare.gov and owe penalties.

Is this a common issue? How do you handle it?
