Best writing program for keeping things organized and on track?

Hi! I've been writing a six to seven book series over a few years and I've been doing the organization by hand. It's gotten to a confusing mess and I'm afraid I might have missed some things.

Is there any writing program to help me keep track of my plot/s and maybe help with some of my other issues such as showing and not telling? I have problems with that as I am a descriptive storyteller.

Petra warning/drama

So, I came across this video while researching for my book, I know the person in the video. We are no longer friends. Has anyone else had any issues with Petra in the lolita community or would you view them as a danger? I mostly want the younger lolitas in the group to know about dangers that might be around, as it's good to have more people aware of. That's all.

This being said, I know vague details about petra's lolita drama.
