I feel the need to yell into the void as yet again today cars were sat on red in the middle of the junction waiting to get into riverside retail park and blocking drivers wanting to get out. And as usual one of them decided the proper thing to do was to force themselves into the traffic entering instead of just reversing a few meters.

The council had the perfect opportunity to extend the yellow hatching recently when it was resurfaced like in my drawing and I can't for life of me think why they wouldn't have?
