Halloo Everyone!

I just want to ask for some help, my car has a good coolant level, but it overheats, under normal driving conditions and such, however, if I open my coolant cap slowly which slowly releases pressure then my coolant temp also decreases, and closes it after all pressure releases and I can drive again normally, much further than what I have driven until I get home.

What's wrong with my car? Its a 2014 Chevy 2.8L Trailblazer

I recently changed the thermostat like a month ago and there's no leak in my car.
