Brand new to reddit - finally made an account to follow some of the GTA6 news as an older guy.

Why am I seeing so many ads on my homepage? Will this eventually go away? Sorry if this is a dumb question, i'm just trying to learn

Brand new to Reddit with a new account and I can't do anything (can't post, can't reply) without the mods deleting my stuff. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance 🙏🏼
