Is losing 2-3 lbs a week normal?
Is this weight loss journey normal? I restrict my calories as much as I can (I keep it around 1300-1800 calories per day) and walk 2-6 miles 3 times a week. I’ve lost total of 33lbs since February 22nd. I’m currently 212 lbs
