Realestate companies who to go with?

Got my real-estate license have been kinda shopping around. To me

Century 21 is nice and modern and I see the attraction.

Exp you get shares

Keller Williams you can make 100% after u cap. Also profit share was built to pay your cap. So they say.

Remax idk

There are other but I haven’t talk to and I’m leaning. Kw or center 21. I just feel at the end of the day they are just holding my license and I have to build my own business so why does it matter?
