My ranking of every Bond film based on just the car chases
My criteria:
For the purposes of this list, "car" means any road vehicle, such as motorbikes, trucks, buses and tuk tuks. I am also accepting the tank from GoldenEye, as well as the plane from Live And Let Die as Bond does not leave the ground and is chased by cars. The Moon Buggy is irrelevant as it would not change the position of Diamonds Are Forever. I'm not counting the underwater chase from TSWLM
Bond must be in a vehicle, though he doesn't have to be the one driving. He can either chase or be chased.
Only the chase is counted. If there are scenes from outside the chase intercutting, it is not taken into account unless directly relevant to the chase.
The person that is chasing/being chased by Bond does not have to be in a car. Examples include May Day parachuting in AVTAK and the helicopters from TSWLM or TWINE.
Movies with multiple car chases have them all taken into account for the film.

EDIT: The reason GoldenEye seems lower than it should be is because I'm counting the Xenia car chase at the beginning. I would rank the tank chase in A above The Living Daylights, whereas the Xenia chase ranks in C below Diamonds Are Forever. As to why QoS is so low, it's because the editing is so bad. It would've been B under AVTAK otherwise.
