Injury Timeout and Other Incorrect Clock Rules

I'm a lower level college football official so the lack of attention to detail on clock rules infuriates me. A team shouldn't get unlimited timeouts just because their players are injury prone. Especially with how annoying Wear and Tear can be at times.

Why don't they simply fix the clock status to start on the Ready after an injury timeout? Also technically if the injury occurs after the ball is ready for play then it should be a charged team out or Delay of Game (if no timeouts remaining). But I kinda understand them not wanting to go that far lol.

Also, certain clock stoppages (such as penalties) in the last 2 minutes should result in 10 second runoffs if the team can't use a timeout to stop it.

Also just an FYI, NCAA has added the "Fair Catch Free Kick" into the rules this year. Will it be an option in the game at some point? Was it ever in Madden?
