I recently got banned from Sainsbury for shoplifting which I was dumb enough to admit to and I understand under no circumstance that can be justified . I was coming back from work and only had enough money for one train ticket get home I live in Ealing and work in Oxford and I had no dinner the day before and no breakfast because payday is 2 days away usually get paid a day before so I was damn near passing out it was either I pass out from hunger on a London platform or quickly nick a 50p biscuit from Sainsbury’s , which I did steal but how I did was childish I basically ripped the bag of biscuits opened and tossed it into my water bottle and threw the wrapper in the bin .so cool I walked out and literally 3steps away from the entrance I get grabbed by the security saying I just put something from the store in my bag and asked me follow him , they took me to room and said don’t worry don’t explain you’ll go home today I just had to provide them with a form of ID and said I’ll be issued a ban and a fine of up to 200quid which I find unfair but oh well that’s high risk low reward decision right there cool they state I’m banned from all Sainsbury stores in the uk which I find hard to believe because will another store in Manchester really kick me out .they did mention they got facial recognition cameras honestly they can piss off .
