Grade on Tera Glaceon + Small Dot
Hi all, ended up picking up my grail at a card show recently. Love the card and want to grade and maybe others as well, the centering in my opinion is wonderful but at the top right there is a dot. I went to a LCS and they told me to try wiping it with a dry cotton swab but I have yet to get rid of the dot. Am I still able to confidently get a 10? If not, what is the dot and what can I do to get rid of it?
