What is the best time to apply?
Hi, I had just earned my HS Diploma about a week ago(5-28) and I am heading into college. When do you think is the best time to apply for the department while still in college?(I'm trying to get my bachelors) Thank you once again!

Just curious, if I have 20/20 vision on the left eye only, but 20/40 on the right eye only, is this fine?
