Can I get a refund or is this normal from usage?

I bought these Novablast 5 two month ago. Now I noticed this cut at the sole.

Is this considered normal or can I ask for a refund/ new pair of shoes?

Those shoes are expensive and Im scared that this cut will get bigger and bigger.
