My thoughts on post nut clarity...
First, to be clear about where I stand: I don't think masturbation is a problem. Done in moderation, it can actually be beneficial. For me, the real issue is porn. The content the industry designs is engineered to be addictive, which makes people more prone to porn addiction, on top of making guys completely delusional about sex, performance, and so on. You don't have to agree with me, but that's my view and I wanted to put it out there to clarify where I'm coming from.
So here's a theory that, at the very least, holds true for me about post-nut clarity: it only really hits when you've watched content your non-horny self wasn't on board with seeing. It makes sense, because once you finish, your libido drops off a cliff but the images are still vivid in your head. So there's a gap between what you just did and the self you identify with: "what did I just do? that's not me." You can even feel a bit of derealization sometimes. That explains why, the more hardcore the porn you watched, the rougher the aftermath tends to be.
But if you climax without watching porn, where the only stimulation comes from your imagination, the post-nut clarity doesn't show up (or at least way, way less intensely) because the "content" come from yourself. Personally I'm able to do without porn when I masturbate, and it works really well for me. On top of that, it's massively less addictive and it eliminates most of the negative repercussions on your life. I know it's hard to imagine for some guys, but I swear it's trainable, and once you get there the possibilities are endless.
I'd encourage you to try it, especially if you've already "relapsed" several times and you're on the verge of relapsing again. Jerking off for relief without porn is so much healthier than reopening PH and then punishing yourself right after. It's also far less stressful, and stress is one of the main drivers of addiction in the first place.
Peace.
PS : Yes my account is not clean I know. I'm like you all I'm fighting but better 5 days a month than every day.
