I’m building an entertainment center for a basement and the run is 128”. The top is getting painted and instead of edge gluing solid wood, I thought about using a sheet of MDF. I was thinking about using 1.5mm maple edge banding for a bit of extra protection but just curious if anybody has used an MDF top and what they did for the edges. Thanks!
