I am due to get my final scan for my retainers in a few weeks… but I am conflicted whether to get a permanent on or the one you put on/take off daily. Can anyone share the pros/cons you’ve experienced with your retainer?

Honestly, I am worried that my teeth will shift. I broke a bracket a few days ago, and I’m going in to get it fixed tomorrow, but there’s already been a shift in my bottom front seat… 😫
