I was wondering how exactly to get rid of the noise. My dad who owned it before me asked me a few years ago to help to tighten some screws and that got rid of the noise.

I was using this nos tape and when I recorded this happened. It only happened in the beginning and not the rest but it has never happened before and I wanted to know why and how this happened. I have a pioneer ct-450 refurbished.
