In this new campaign I recently joined, 5e 2024. I picked Kensei Monk. With this world being a homebrew world, I picked one of the custom races. This particular race comes with a juicy passive that increases Unarmed Strike damage by 2, increases further at later levels(4,8,12,16) for a max of +6. I ended up picking Kensei Monk because I had the character concept of a weapon master that mains a spear for aura purposes and now just realized I should've probably picked something else. It's definitely way to late now to change. I was wondering if it's still possible to use it to its full extent while being able to use weapons still.
