4–5 months into singing, trying “King for a Day” by Pierce the Veil — feedback appreciated

Been learning to sing for around 4–5 months and recently started trying Vic Fuentes/Pierce the Veil style vocals.

I know this style is pretty difficult and sits really high, so I'm mainly trying to understand whether this sounds like something technique can improve over time or if I'm just forcing it too much already.

Any feedback is appreciated, especially from people familiar with post-hardcore/emo vocals.

Trying to understand if this is a technique issue or a physical limit (Vic Fuentes style vocals)

I've been actively learning to sing for around 4–5 months now, and one thing I've discovered while experimenting more with my voice is that I can reach pretty high notes.

Lately I've been trying to sing Pierce the Veil songs in the same pitch/tone as Vic Fuentes, especially "King for a Day". The problem is that Vic has an absurdly high, bright, light, nasal (I guess) emo tone that feels really difficult to imitate without sounding too "on the edge".

I'd really appreciate feedback from more experienced singers, especially people familiar with post-hardcore/emo vocals, about what sounds right or wrong in my current approach.

I'm mainly trying to understand if this sounds like something technique could improve over time, or if the biological/physical limit might realistically start becoming a factor here.

Any feedback is welcome.
