It's from the late '90s, early 2000s. I played it on PC, but might have been a console port. I remember more of the concept than how it looked, sadly.

It was a third person action game, where you had to fight in different historical ages, travelling through time controlling a sci-fi looking guy. Maybe he was wearing blue clothes and a yellow headset? It was trying to look realistic but of course everything was a bit blocky. I remember there was a level where you had to fight Roman gladiators and another where you had to fight dinosaurs. And I think you had to use whatever weapons you could find, so no laser guns you brought with you.
