I have a few of these tokens that say west point silver depository value 10mils. Struggling to find any reliable information on these, don't even know if they are silver or some other metal. Any help is appreciated.

Got tired of the standard round or square tubes that don't hold a consistent amount of coins accounting for general wear on circulated silver, so I designed my own. They are standard 5oz or 2oz, depending on the percentage, all are labeled with the denomination, the silver, and the number of coins necessary to get that weight using the standard accepted silver content.
