I'm looking to play a Minion Low Budget / League Starter build for patch 3.28, but I'm having a hard time deciding.
While researching, I compiled this list of potential builds:
- Phantasm Disciple of Arakali RotA
- Vaal Absolution Necromancer
- Kinetic Blast of Clustering Necromancer
- Carrion Golems & Zombies Necromancer
- Poison SRS Necromancer
- Forged Frostbearer Spectre Necromancer
- Chaos Minion Army Necromancer
- Poison Ranged Animate Weapons
- Arakaali’s Raise Spider Occultist
Which one of these is the absolute best option?
