Packout advice

Looking to spend $350 on the BMSM to get the $100 off. Just for DIY use. I am tired of bringing 4 different milwaukee bags with me to help relatives or when I want to have my tools "in case" when I go out of town. I have a truck so the space is not really an issue. I have a m18 circular saw. The rest is m12. 3/8" Stubby impact and the 3/8 impact socket set. Ratchet, oscillating tool, hackzall, drill, impact driver, drill driver (think I use this the most, love it). I would like to have sockets and wrenches also. I have a icon socket set that has those removable inserts in the case. Not sure I want to spend the premium to get the rolling drawer instead of the rolling toolbox but many people really like it. I was looking at the normal 3 part stack HD sells but thinking a 2 or 3 drawer makes more sense. Also, which work best if I want to put inserts in and do cutouts for m12 tools? I have seen some posts where people use the half size ones you can put side by side. Anyone have a DIY setup they really like they would like to share?

Thanks
