Looking for advices.

Hi everyone. This is my little Bambino Pink. Two months ago I repoted her in this selfwatering pot and that's why I need some advice. As the soil is always wet because this is the point of being in a selfwatering it started to appear some algae and i would like to know if I need to do something against this algae or not.

My first time doing chop and prop

Hi everyone!

I bought this pothos (as a variegated one but not sure about if it's right) a year ago.

He is doing ok and growing nicely. Now this good boy overpasses the moss pole so it's time to prop and chop.

But it's my first time. I put this cut directly in water even with his aerial roots. Should I leave the aerial roots or should I cut them?

Just to show my three little babys. I bought it last year and it took a lot of time for this cutie to seems like its stable. Now producing new leafs and hoping she grow faster now that she looks happier.

I would like to read your advices.

My first ever Alocasia (This Bambino Pink) did it right when she popped up from a little corm. Now, I'm setting her a little cabinet. At this point i need a growlight and then if the parameters are ok i will find a frien for her. I'm thinking about a fittonia.
