Description of Original Problem:
Im having serious issues with latency on a notebook with Nvidia and Radeon graphics. Nvidia is disabled, but the issue is still happening.
Sometimes the latency is caused by dxgkrnl.sys and other times by Wdf01000.sys, and the latency is always around 70000-80000 microseconds. This latency spike is happening about 1-2 times per day. I don't have any peripherals except a mouse and headphones.
Troubleshooting:
I already tried:
-Clean Radeon graphics installation. I tried the new version and the old version.
-Reinstalling chipset drivers. I also tried old and new ones.
-Disabling wifi and ethernet adapters in device manager and updating their drivers
-Changing power plan properties.
How to fix it?
