Its asking for a file that i don't have any ideal where it is

I having this error:

SCAR.DLL

REL/Relocation.h(1101): failed to open adress library file

the sske loader is saying something like the version ii use of the plugins only works in earlier versions of the game.
The behaviordatainjector.dll and dtrykeyutil.dll are only compatible for 1.6.629 and earlier

while my skyrim is the latest version
please help

here is the collection and i remmeber having to install a stagger mod from github for one of the mods
probally for the 2b follower(i only put that one to having a follower with a moveset similar to mine because of the combat mods)
