Like the title says I feel like the number of mandatory stealth missions is weirdly high. The first game has no mandatory sneaking sections but it gives you the option. KCD2 has: sneaking around trosky minimum of once to kill toth, sneaking through the woods to escape to the wagon, breaking Hans out of maleshov, the heist, and escaping the siege. I’m not certain what happens if you don’t heal the captain in time to save Hans from the gallows but if it’s a game over then the count only increases by one.
I love stealth missions and I love the ones in this game. I’ll take any opportunity to be sneaky Henry. And I thought they were embarrassingly easy. But what are you supposed to do if you don’t have 20 stealth before the wedding? Do these have non stealth options that isn’t just fight everyone? As much as I love pretending to be ye olde solid snake I’m also annoyed that the last three times I’ve put the game down I’ve said “alright stealth mission tomorrow”
