how can i be a better friend to my non ed friends? one of them said some of the comments i made about my body made them uncomfortable (incredibly valid, im the only one who’s slipped back into this) and i want them to feel safe and comfortable. i dont want them sad, and i definitely don’t want to trigger them into disordered eating habits. i love them so much and dont want to lose them. but at the same time i dont want to shut them out of my life completely for fear of hurting them. they’re so dear to me
