Why WCE placement is drowning.
Background ~ I am a WCE 2020 passout placed in good company through WCE campus and now got admission for MBA in top IIM.
I went to college on 20May and it is horrific experience.
I needed TC/LC and some letters from college and examination department. I was on time in college at 10.30AM requested college for documents, nobody gave a f*ck they wasted my time and told me to come on 21st May. I was told to go from one desk to another for hours
I came from mumbai, I applied for leave in my office.
College administration doesn't give importance to old alumni ( they only celebrate IPS and IAS , UPSC results nothing else but UPSC candidates wont bring new employment opportunities in campus, Private sector will.)
Then college asks for help to alumni for placement
Every alumni will help students directly if that student approaches alumni on linkedin or else but not administration because every student and alumni when he/she was in clg have very bad experience by college administration for paperwork.
Students in 3rd yr and 4th year if u want good placement, reach out to alumni on linkedin , our alumni are rocking in various sectors, they will help you. build good skills and resume
Cant share on grps officially bcoz some reasons but current students can share in their unofficial WhatsApp groups eventually it will reach to professors.
If college wants good placement, treat alumni in a good way then come to us for help.
Every alumni have best memories of college life but worst memories with college administration.
