Any advice for a first-time team builder?

This is the first team I've ever built. It started as more of a rain team then evolved into this.

Right now, I'm thinking Primarina isn't putting in as much work as he used to, now that mamoswine is on the team. Sableye is the newest edition so still figuring out a moveset for her.
