I‘ve had a light scoliosis all my life but generally it wasn‘t too big a problem. Lately I feel like my posture has gotten worse like in the picture below. How can I improve on this?

Do characters not get death saves if their strength is reduced to zero by a shadow's strength drain?

I'm not sure how strong it actually is, but some of the PCs in the group got a strength stat of around 8, so worst case scenario it could be reduced to zero in two turns. That seems very dangerous if there are no death saves, which the description of the attack makes it sound like. That, paired with their tons of resistances, seems like a very challenging fight.

After ten years I finally returned to Wh40k and I am now rereading False Gods and … Horus‘ decision doesn‘t make sense

I know he turns to chaos so when, in the Delphos visions he tells Erebus and Magnus that he has made his choice, I know what it is, or I believe I do, it just doesn‘t make any sense …

I get that from the visions he doubts the emperor now, and he doesn‘t trust Magnus because of magic, but he also distrusts the Chaos Gods and Erebus for the deception and magic … so why?

Was it just because he‘s ambitious and Erebus told him that Lorgar‘s power grew tenfold which pushed him over the edge? That seems like a small reasoning given how nice he was described up to that point

What sources can I use to improve my DMing?

I have been playing for around 1.5-2 years and I am running twi campaigns, both as a DM. As a matter of fact, I only ever played as DM apart from some one shots etc. so that might be part of my weakness.

Both groups are very nice and they keep telling me how much they like the campaigns and my DMing, but apart from two players, we‘re all somewhat new.

Nevertheless, I know I can be better. My main weaknesses, I believe, are role playing and ways about how I prep individual sessions, and especially knowing individual rules (deciding quickly whether something works etc.)

There are so many different sources on DMing, I find it hard to decide how to start.

Thanks!
