Hi guys! This feels really awkward to write, but i know that someone will relate to this (hopefully), and that someone who has been through what i am going through can possibly offer me some advice.

I’ve been struggling with my Acne since middle school, for years now. I recently started struggling with acne all over my back too. All my acne is extremely red, big, swollen, and all on my mouth area, forehead, and back.

I’m currently on a dermatologist prescribed cream and a pill to help with this, but after a couple of weeks i see absolutely no difference. I use a 10% panoxyl face wash bar, panoxyl acne gel face wash, acne safe cera ve moisturizer, acne safe sunscreen, along with what has been prescribed to me.

It seems no matter what I do it never gets better, and i have really hit rock bottom. my confidence is almost completely gone, and i can’t leave my house without makeup on.

Id just like to know what products or routines or honestly ANYTHING has helped anyone else with acne like mine. I’m not sure what kind of acne I even have, but i’m just so exhausted from dealing with this for years now. I’ve started to get scars on my face and it makes me nauseous to look at myself. I would really like to go on acutane, but my dad is not very supportive of it and doesn’t want to make the effort for it.

Any help with this is so greatly appreciated, i have nobody to talk to about this in my real life who understands. If you read this thank you and i know that im not alone in this even though it feels that way.
