I’m working on the Holly Sweater by Knitting for Olive and I’ve noticed these holes just after the yoke.

They look like yarn over holes, but I started decreasing here, so I’m not entirely sure what happened. How can I go about fixing it?

ETA: I have tried it on and the yoke fits, thankfully! This was my first project doing a folded collar like this, so there was a learning curve there.
