Hello wonderful people of Reddit,

So I had my PS5 controller upgraded by a service on eBay. It works great, but when I hit the L3 button, there is a little more feedback in it than the right one. My initial thoughts were that one of the points might have not been soldered on correctly. I messaged the eBay seller and he said

“From my experience with PlayStation controllers ever since I switched a PlayStation, I’ve noticed that the left haptic feedback motor is more intense than the right.”

He offered to take it apart and fix any issues with it, why if the words that he says are true, do I need to? Is what he said true?
