Is this a sign? Saw this on my pillow case. I do struggle with seborrheic dermatitis with flakes and oily hair/scalp which can produces scabs on the scalp. The stain is paler on the inside with the outer ring getting darker. Looks like blood mixed with oil perhaps. Please help. Just the thought of bb creeps me out. Thanks in advance.

Are these carpet beetle shells? Found them in a friend’s couch. And I really hope it’s carpet beetles and not the dreaded bb.
