I’ve been looking into resort hopping to just explore some of the deluxe resorts. I saw that they are now requiring proof of a resort reservation to be able to ride the buses. Is that still happening? Does it work if you stay at a value resort and hop to other resorts? Or do you have to have a reservation at the specific resort you are hopping to? (For example: stay at Pop Century and take the skyliner to a park, then take a bus to visit some of the other resorts)
