Hi everyone, I’ve had a permeant retainer on my lower teeth since 2019. Last year in October 2025, I got the glue touched up on all spots as it got thinned out and I was scared that one day it would fully come out.

Today, while I was flossing, I noticed on one tooth the glue has significantly got thinned compared to the other glue on the surrounding teeth being a nice round bubble dot of glue.

Do you think I should go back to my ortho and tell them to fix it for free knowing that I came in and paid for glue to be touched up again or is this much wear and tear expected?? I don’t grind my teeth or bite into hard food. I hate to keep paying for this glue service every few months, seems unreasonable!!

But for my Indian passport, it’s laid out like this
Given: Bob Kaur
Surname: Blank

How do I fill the surrender application on the portal? Shoukd I lay it out as is? What should I write for blank for the Indian passport part??

My dad filed his taxes for the 2025 season this week. He comes under buisness hence why the late.

To renew CDCP, it asks us if u filed 2025 and received NOA. We haven’t received NOA yet.

What should we do?

What’s the best time to head there for a passport renewal to avoid the long rush?

Hi everyone,

From the last 3 months, I’ve been consistently taking Flovent 125mcg two puffs in the morning and then two in the evening, 500mcg a day.

I’ve been feeling good and haven’t reached out to my rescue, only on the days when I’m having severe allergies or a hardcore workout.

I’m thinking of stepping down the dose to 125mcg one puff in the morning and one in the evening, 250mcg a day.

My docter is open to me trying it out and she said if anything I can go back to my og dose.

Has anyone done this step down? Did it work out? I guess I’m just scared for it to make things worse
