Need help understanding my CRS (515) + education + Francophone eligibility + whether to wait or apply

Hi everyone,

I’m really confused about my CRS score and would really appreciate some genuine advice or if anyone can recommend a reliable immigration consultant/RCIC.

My situation:

-I am currently in Canada on maintained status (waiting for Visitor Record approval)

-My work permit expired in Dec 2025

-I have a Bachelor’s degree. I completed a diploma in the Business Administration field while I was on a study permit

- Then IRCC allowed us to study while working in 2023, so I took the opportunity and finished my degree in another Canadian university online 100%

- have IELTS and have scored highest in all bands

- have completed French and I am now eligible for Francophone Mobility (CLB 6 in Speaking and 9 in Listening)

- I have 3 years of experience as a legal assistant

-My husband has a sibling (his brother) who is a Canadian PR, which gives us additional CRS points (around +15 points for sibling in Canada)

My current CRS score is around 515.

Now I’m getting mixed advice from different agents:
Some say I should only claim my Bachelor’s as my highest education

Others say I should select “two or more credentials (one must be 3+ years)” because I have both a diploma and a degree

Some are telling me to just wait for Express Entry draws since scores are close

Others say I should immediately go for Francophone Mobility since I qualify but I will be on closed Work Permit.

I also have an employer who is willing to support me under Francophone Mobility, but I’m unsure what the better strategy is:
Should I wait and rely on my CRS score (515)?

Or should I go ahead with Francophone Mobility instead?

I was doing everything myself but since its a little complicated I want proper advise. I took advise from different agents and they all have different views about calculating my points and just want to make sure everything is calculated correctly and I don’t make a mistake that affects my PR pathway.

If anyone has been in a similar situation or knows a trustworthy immigration professional who can properly guide me, please let me know.

Thank you in advance.

I have an exam in the upcoming week. I have bought the tefcanada.ca premium plan. Can anyone let me know if most of the reading questions also come from there?
