I moved into my house about 2 years ago. The previous indicated that they had a GE Enduris silicon roof coating installed 5 years before we bought it. It developed a small leak recently though what appears to be small holes in a certain section of the roof. It seems like a perfect opportunity for an installation or material warranty claim. Unfortunately the company that did the install doesn't exist anymore. Phone number is disconnected. No website. No returned emails, and an expired business license. Is there any way to get some sort of warranty service out of someone? The material manufacturer maybe? Any advice would be appreciated.
