Down deep somewhere in a abandoned facility...lays a Tank containing a clone of Broly.. how was it made?..who made it?..is currently unknown..

the clone was made to be a bio weapon of mass destruction....but the project was abandoned for unknown reasons likely due to the scientists fearing the power that the clone might contain and left it dormant..

But over its dormant state the clone started to gain sentience... waiting for the right time to break out..so it can fulfill its purpose...

The Bio clone was made from taking dried up blood Broly left behind during his battle on earth with Son gohan...
